ADULT WINTER TRAINING PROGRAM

Perfect for All Goals and Rowing Experience Levels


The Adult Winter Training ("AWT") program is the general winter program for all adult members. The training program offers up to six workouts per week and is divided into “Competitive” and “General Fitness” streams. The Competitive stream has five erg workouts per week and the General Fitness stream has three workouts per week. In addition to the erg workouts, both streams also get one non-erg workout per week. In this way, the Adult Winter Training program supports members who have competitive aspirations, general fitness goals, and everything in between.

Participants do not need to have previous rowing experience to join the AWT program.

The start date for the Adult Winter Training program is Monday, 2 December.
